Concentration-Self Control

On a weekly basis, the tennis players take lessons on how to concentrate and self control themselves from fear, nerves and over excitement during a game.

Self confidence

During the Athletic Psychology lessons, feelings of self confidence and self esteem of the tennis player are cultivated.


Special emphasis is given for athletes on how they manage stress before and during a game. Stress is a difficult are for many athletes and specific exercises are required so they can manage it.
