The athletes train from Monday to Friday during these hours 9:00-12:00 & 16:00-19:00. On Saturdays, training is only in the morning 9:00-12:00. On Sunday the athletes rest. Athletes who attend school have a different program according to their class in school and their level in Tennis. However, they also do morning-afternoon training and complete 6 hours training daily. A combination of personal training and small groups 2-4 persons is applied for the complete preparation of the athletes. Training is done morning and afternoon. A gradual development and improvement program is applied which hierarchically targets the following: Correct technique in the execution of all tennis strokes. Prediction and observation of the ball. Footwork – Balance. Stability of tennis strokes. Force of tennis strokes. Tactical. Implementation of all the above during friendly games between the academy’s Tennis Players (1-2 weekly).
